Terms of Service

Cutroom is an AI clip studio: it finds moments in long videos, reframes and captions them into short clips, generates AI images and video from your compositions, and helps you write and schedule posts. Clip rendering and export run in your browser; AI actions run on prepaid credits.

You may not use Cutroom, or any Google API or AI model reached through it, to create, edit, request or share sexually explicit or intimate imagery of any real person, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII, "deepfake" nudity), or any sexual content involving minors.

You also may not generate content that impersonates a real person without consent, harasses, or deceives. AI reactors and generated people are fictional. Requests are screened by model safety filters; violating accounts are terminated without refund and reported to authorities where required.

You sign in with Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

AI actions are prepaid with credits. Every AI action spends credits from your balance before it runs, and stops when your balance reaches zero. If an AI action fails on our side, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

Monthly plans refill a set number of credits on each successful renewal. Top-up packs add credits once. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not expire while your account is active.

Prices are shown on the Plans page and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Optional auto top-up charges your saved card only when your balance drops below the threshold you set, within the monthly cap you set, and you can turn it off at any time.

Failed AI actions are refunded in credits automatically. For purchases, contact eliburr101@gmail.com within 14 days: unused top-up packs and the unused portion of a first month may be refunded at our discretion. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the clips you export. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them for the features you use.

You agree not to:

• Clip or redistribute content you have no rights to, in violation of others' copyrights.
• Generate deceptive content impersonating real people, or content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful.
• Abuse the service, attempt to bypass credit metering, or resell access without written permission.

AI-generated people in Cutroom (such as AI reactors) are fictional and must not be presented as real individuals. You are responsible for how you publish and label AI-generated content on each platform, including any platform rules requiring AI disclosure.

Features that read from or post to third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and others) depend on those platforms' APIs and terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or enforcement actions by those platforms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review it before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app with an updated date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
